Order Cancellation Policy
-If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please do so within 24 hours. Otherwise, a $20 fee will be charged.
-The handling fee will be deducted directly from your refund amount.
-To avoid unnecessary charges, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Warranty Policy
At MYTHKEY, we stand behind the quality of our colorful gemstone jewelry and want you to shop with confidence. We carefully inspect every piece of jewelry before shipping.
If the item you receive has any defects or has been damaged during transit, please do not remove the security tag. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing mythkey@outlook.com, and include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund. For approved claims involving defects or shipping damage, MYTHKEY will cover all return and reshipment shipping costs.
Please note: normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.
Return & Exchange Policy
-Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, and the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
-Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with the security tag still attached and intact.
-Non-Returnable: Customized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items with signs of wear or damage caused by misuse cannot be returned.
-Process: Please contact us at mythkey@outlook.com with your order number and photos. Once approved, you can return the product to us.
-Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of resending exchanged items.
Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
-Shipping & Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 3–15 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
-Shipping Rates
Orders over $188.88 enjoy free shipping. For orders below $188.88, a $20 shipping fee will be added at checkout.
-Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
-Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which will be covered by MYTHKEY.
-Delays & Issues
We sincerely apologize, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier problems. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at mythkey@outlook.com.
